Career progression saw Eamonn established as MD of Castle Computer Services for nine years as well as non executive director of City Information Services for six years. Since 2004, Eamonn has been CEO of Bloxx Limited, an international provider of web filtering solutions to the corporate and public sectors. Gareth is a partner with Scott-Moncrieff and specialises in advising owner managed businesses, with a particular interest in early stage, high growth and angel-invested businesses. Gareth works closely with the Scottish Universities, the leading angel syndicates, LINC and other support organisations and is regularly appointed to lead companies through the start up, commercialisation and fundraising process. As a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience, Gareth has a wealth of expertise in this field and is a regular lecturer on commercialisation, spin-outs and angel investment at both Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt Universities. |

Stuart has been a director of Business Forum Scotland and chair of the East Committee for a number of years. He is also the company secretary. Stuart is also a founding partner with the commercial law firm, MBM Commercial LLP. This is his day job! The firm acts for entrepreneurs, investors and growth companies (see www.mbmcommercial.co.uk) and Stuart specialises in corporate and intellectual property work for investors and technology companies. Euan focuses and advises upon all forms of IP protection and commercialisation, software licensing and IT system development, all e-commerce, IT and internet regulatory issues, media contracts and sponsorship. He acts for clients across all industry sectors including, amongst others, food and drink, financial, manufacturing, media (digital and non-digital), sport and leisure and retail. He is a director of the Scottish Society for Computers and Law and a member of the national SCL media board. He is also a Director of the Edinburgh Art Festival. |
