Specialising in luxury hotel, residential and high-quality commercial projects, Chris has a reputation for delivering quality as well as exceptional returns. Chris has successfully completed over 40 development projects in the past 15 years valued in excess of £100million with an enviable pipeline of an additional £50m. Chris is also a winner of the Scottish Property Awards 09.

Chris Stewart Group focuses on assets within prime Scottish City centre locations. Located in Edinburgh CSG is the principal developer of listed buildings ranging from hotel projects, office investments to high quality residential developments.

The main principles that underline the way in which Chris approaches a deal are, quality of location, solid negotiation combined with seeing an angle that results in a "good buy", clarity on how to offload risk at an early stage and maintaining solid profit margins.
