Derek Gray is an active supporter and investor in early stage software companies. His current positions include:

Derek was formerly an Executive VP with Adobe Systems Inc, a NASDAQ company with sales in excess of $2bn. He held several senior positions including European General Manager and went on to take responsibility for worldwide sales, support and marketing. He also played an integral part in overall business development, strategy, and merger/acquisition activity. 

Previously, Derek was Managing Director at McQueen Ltd., a company he co-founded with his brother. McQueen specialised in the sale and support of printing, translation, fulfilment and computer services to software publishers and was subsequently sold to Sykes – a public US corporation.

He has been involved in a wide range of industry bodies including the Software Publishers Association and the Business Software Alliance.
