I have nearly 30 years experience in the corporate financial sector and have spent most of my career in industry and commerce holding various key Financial Director positions in businesses with turnovers up to £100 million. Originally qualifying in 1982 with a big four firm, I quickly gained a wealth of "hands on" experience with major acquisitions, disposals, due diligence and management buyouts. Moreover, I have raised bank funding from the majority of UK banks as well as funding from the private equity sector. These experiences put me in good stead in this current economic climate.

My financial expertise and understanding of the commercial sector ensures I am particularly well-ecquipped to advise on fast growth companies, turnarounds, corporate restructurings and startups. My ability to advise and assist on a diverse range of financial business complexities culminated in my earning the presitgious award of Financial Director of the Year in 2000. this experience as ana dvisor with many "deals under my belt" adds credibility to any funding proposal and provides long-established contacts with financing resources.
